The Hawaii Forest Institute works to promote community awareness of Hawaii's forests. Through various projects, the Institute ensures the continued health and productivity of forest species and habitats.

Working with Wallace i Media, we put together a clean and usable site design for the Institute's new website. The behind-the-scenes features and subtle touches make this design implementation a pleasure to navigate.

Tons of Dirt is a free-to-use, community-driven site for the exchange of excess soil. The site focuses on local resources, allowing users to find the fill they need that is the closest to their location. Tons of Dirt sets itself apart from other fill exchange sites by being free to use, and by utilizing Google Maps.

The site was built using a solid core of object-oriented PHP built upon a MySQL database. The site also uses Ajax technology to enhance site functionality, and Google Maps integration for the fill locator.

We developed an interactive slideshow featured on Teldon Print Media's website highlighting their printing process, benefits of their process, and a case study.

The slideshow slowly transitions through its slides, still allowing you to interrupt the transition by skipping to another slide. We worked with Tundra Interactive when laying out the behaviour for Teldon Print Media's slideshow.

Live as One is a community-based site with goals of building a compassionate global community. Live as One allows is a place where you can share personal stories of compassion and understanding.
